The Exocet has it’s appointment tomorrow with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. If all goes well, that’s the last step before returning my paperwork to the DMV for registration.

The ref failed my v8 swap s10 15 years ago. Nothing about the install at all, I used a complete pullout vortec small block. It passed the sniffer and would pass the visual inspection. Except for the catback exhaust. It was an aftermarket dual exhaust that had an EO number if it was on a 4.3, and it didn’t cover my year truck. I ended up selling it to someone out of state. This was also about 15 years ago.

Just got back - it went as good as it could have gone. Got everything done!
Surprisingly, he said he has seen quite of a few Exocets!
